Companies that officially-published University of Michigan sources name as employers of Computer Science and Robotics students — interns and new grads combined, all class years. This is a different kind of list than the rest of the site: it's not filtered to freshman/sophomore-eligible programs, because that breakdown isn't published at this level of detail.

What this is, and isn't: these are the two official UMich employer lists I could reach without a university login — Michigan Robotics' own published "Careers" page, and the Engineering Career Resource Center's Computer Science major information sheet (drawn from student/alumni destination surveys). I could not get the actual UMich Engineering/CSE career-fair exhibitor list — that lives in Career Fair Plus (CF+), which requires a @umich.edu login and blocks unauthenticated fetches. If you can export that list from CF+ while logged in, send it over and I'll cross-check it against the internship board the same way.

Bottom line: the rest of the ~115 companies above hire Michigan CS/Robotics students across all class years and both internship and full-time hiring — appearing here is not a claim that they run a freshman/sophomore-specific track. Cross-reference names against the Engineering & Tech, Quant, and Business Track pages before assuming underclassman eligibility; several (Jane Street, Optiver, Palantir) already appear there under pipeline/diversity programs, not their standard internships.
